Introduction |
| Sinter-anode, molded solid tantalum
chip capacitor, featuring small size, high capacitance, high reliability
and excellent operation performances, is used for
telecommunications, computers, camcorder, SMT
electric circuits and so on. It meets the requirements of EIA
Standard 535BAAC. |

* Operating temperature range:
-55¡æ ¡« +125¡æ, >85¡æ with rated voltage derating.
* Capacitance tolerance: ¡À20%, ¡À10%.
* DC leakage at 20¡æ: I0¡Ü0.01CRUR
or 0.5µA (whichever is greater)
* Dissipation factor at 20¡æ: Please see table of temperature
characteristics.
