1 Test Conditions
Unless otherwise specified shall be 20㊣5⊥,relative humidity
no greater than 70% and normal atmospheric pressure.
2 Capacitance
Shall be within specified limits when measured at a voltage
of 1 V.R.M.S. and a frequency of 1MHz(Type 1)or 1KHz(Type
2).
3 Q. Factor for Class I Capacitors
Shall be measured at a voltage of 1 V.R.M.S. and a frequency
of 1MHz.
1 to 30pF:Q≡400+20C ( C: Capacitance"pF" )
over 30pF:Q≡1000
4 Dissipation Factor (tan 汛) for Class II Capacitors
Shall be measured at a voltage of 1 V.R.M.S. and a frequency

Shall be withstand 3 times (for Class
I) or 2.5 times (for Class II) rated voltage for
1 to 5 seconds.
8. Insulation Resistance
Shall be measured at rated voltage with
electrification time of one minute. Capacitance≒0.02uF, I.R≡10000M次. Capacitance>0.02uF,
CR products≡200M次*uF
9. Humidity Test
The capacitors shall be subjected to a
temperature of 40⊥ and a relative humidity
of between 90% and 95% for 500 hours.
After 24 hours from tested, capacitors shall meet the values

10. Life Test
